About Us

The Rhineland Region is home to an unusually high number of research groups working on quantum information theory. These are located at the universities of Aachen, Cologne, Duesseldorf, Siegen, and the Research Center Juelich.

The Rhineland Quantum Information Network is a platform for scientific collaborations between the groups. We organize regular meetings that are open to any interested party. In addition, the calendar below lists events such as workshops, seminar talks, scientific visitors, or lectures that are of interest to all researchers in the region. A particular goal is to support the scientific exchange between graduate students working in the individual groups.

Please follow the links below for more information about the quantum information groups in the region.
